1. Business Model (B2B)

• Casa Verde Export OÜ operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) supplier.

• By using this website, you confirm that you are a professional buyer purchasing goods for commercial use.

2. Payments & Transactions

• All orders require 100% prepayment before the shipping and logistics process begins.

• We accept payments via bank transfers and electronic acquiring systems.

• An order is considered confirmed and processed only after the full payment is received in our corporate account.

3. Pricing & Availability

• Wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal fluctuations, auction rates, and logistics costs.

• Since we deal with live products, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of a specific variety on the day of the order. In such cases, we provide equivalent high-quality replacements.

4. Logistics & Delivery Times

Delivery schedules depend strictly on the product type and its origin:

• Cut Flowers (e.g., from Ecuador): Delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks.

• Goods from Europe (e.g., the Netherlands): Delivery time is approximately 7–10 days from the date of the order.

• Decor and Custom Orders: Delivery may take between 1 and 2 months, depending on production complexity and the logistics route.

• Casa Verde Export OÜ is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections in the destination country or force majeure events (weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our responsibility for the goods is maintained until they are handed over to the first carrier or logistics provider.

• Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
