We understand that flowers are delicate. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards:
Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
All claims must be accompanied by clear photo evidence showing the damaged goods and the original packaging with shipping labels.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
Valid claims will be settled via credit notes (discounts) for future orders or partial/full refunds to the original payment method through Stripe.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Wholesale orders are final once the international logistics and cargo process has been initiated.
Due to the complex nature of global supply chains (from South America, Africa, and Europe), cancellations are not accepted after the shipment leaves the plantation or auction.
